Howard H. Conaway, Jr.

Howard Conaway is engaged in the Sales and Leasing of Commercial Real Estate; since 1994 he's leased space in, and sold office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, and Bars and Restaurants, and other businesses, while searching for space for Tenants.   He represents Owners, Developers, Contractors, Management Companies, Investors and Business Operators as well.  Prior to 1994 Howard operated Conaway Legal Personnel, a Baltimore Full Service Legal Recruiting firm for 15 years.  He is a member of the Maryland Business Brokers' Association.

TOM RICE

Tom brings almost twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in office and warehouse leasing and general real estate sales and property acquisitions.  Tom spent thirty years in the office supply business before entering commercial real estate.  He is a Baltimore native and graduate of the University of Baltimore.
